For those who haven't quite mastered the texture of dango here is an alternative to the sweet Japanese treat. These impostor dango are made from red velvet cake pops and are covered with Red (Vanilla), Pink(Raspberry Sherbet), and White (Vanilla) candy melts. They are covered with red sugar and have milk chocolate drizzled on top. Happy Valentines Day everyone!

These ingredients are rare? Really? Candy melts are just white chocolate with color already added.

All you do is either make cake balls or make a cake and shape it into balls by adding icing to crumbled cake. Melt the candy melts or chocolate and cover the cake balls after putting them on candy sticks or skewers even.
