Last night my mother and I made sushi for dinner, we had some ingredients left over so I decided to make some for lunch today. I am also showing off the new thermos I got! I've wanted one for a while, it's an authentic chinese style one too and even comes with a tea leaf strainer. Anyway this bento contains:
Top Layer: 3 Ebi Nigiri 2 Kani Nigiri
Bottom Layer: Wasabi Peas Piggy Container with Masago and Mini Spoon Cucumber Sticks Gari Azuki Mochi
you have to teach me how to make the ebi nigiri and the kani nigiri!
Haha actually I have a mold for making them. It makes them much easier to do!
