Soup n' Wrap Bento by Demi-Plum Soup n' Wrap Bento by Demi-Plum
I get people all the time who say they can't make a bento because they don't have a bento box. Well I'm thumbing my nose at that excuse! You can make a wonderful bento in plastic containers too. Besides, not all bento boxes can fit what you want them to. This bento contains:
70 Chicken Noodle Soup
140 Ham and Cheese Wrap
88 Garlic and Parm Pretzel Crisps
6 Strawberry

Total Calorie Intake: 304

No excuses now people, start making those bento!

This makes me laugh and smile! Sad that only adults could really do this cause I sure as hell don't remember a microwave that was available when I was in school.

I didn't really eat lunch. School made me so uncomfortable that I wouldn't eat a thing until I got home. So I don't remember if we had one or not.

Haha exactly! Most of the time I pack left over things or pre-made things anyway. You don't have to know how to cook, you just have to know how to like food and eat!

That one is nice. I usually prefer stoffers meals because I think they have better flavor, but they also have more calories....
I have the Enchilada one in my freezer right now.

Aww, we have a lot of single serving meals. I love them, but the calories are too much now that I'm on a diet

Aww thanks! I always get people who are like "I can't do it" and it gets annoying. It's like if you can't do it then that's your fault, you don't have to have professional tools do create art do you? This is the same way! It takes practice.

All bento makers start off thinking they have to make these amazing bento's when 9/10 bento I make are super simple and me just being lazy. I don't post every one because there would be so many repeats of the same thing everyone would get bored!

Haha not at all! Bento are usually comprised of leftovers actually. So they are really easy to put together. I usually make what I want for lunch the night before and eat it as dinner as well.
