Homemade Fried Chicken Bento

So last night my mother decided to make Fried Chicken. Now I'm not a huge fan of it to begin with, but I was in such a melancholy mood that I didn't feel like cooking and decided to eat it. It wasn't horrible (though I hate breast meat) especially after I had her coat it in panko. She made so much that I took some for lunch. This bento contains:

Panko Fried Chicken atop Mashed Potatoes; Garnished with Shisho Leaf
Gari (Picked Ginger)
Sauteed Shimeji Mushrooms
Carrots
Broccoli
Cherry Tomatoes
