Thank you. Haha not always, but bento boxes look a lot bigger in photos than they are in real life. If you've ever bought one from online when it gets to you you're always surprised at how small they are. They hold a lot more than you would think though. Plus over the years I've gone down in mL. It depends on what I'm doing that day and how long it is. I change the mL depending upon the day.

I hate leaving food too. I feel bad and I tend to over eat because of that when I go out to a restaurant. Lucky for me I don't get to go out very frequently.
Haha aww it's no problem. Since I really don't know what you like and what you don't like I can only offer suggestions.
If you like rice I would suggest making a couple of onigiri. Or you could always do a stir fry of rice. If you're not a fan of it or do not have japanese style short grain rice you can make noodles and top them with the chicken. Depending on what you like to flavor your noodles with you can go with an asian flavor scheme and use teriyaki, stir fry, or whatever kind of sauce you like. If you like peanuts/peanut butter here is a recipe that you might like, I've had it and it's really not bad at all:[link] If you don't like an ingredient then you can leave it out or replace it. I don't really care for red peppers so I would add something like broccoli, asparagus, corn, carrots, ect. Things that I actually like and eat.
Since I also don't know the size and shape of your bento box I can only guess on what you can and cannot fit into your box. If you have a two tier box then I would fill the top tier with the noodles/rice and chicken and the bottom with veggies and fruit or salad. If you have a single tier box then fill half with the noodle/rice/chicken mixture and the other half with veggies/fruit/salad. I would add maybe a slice of apple (soak it in salt water for a few minutes to prevent browning) and a couple of grapes. If you're don't have veggies you want to add then add a salad and pack the dressing on the side. That way it won't get all over the fruit and it won't make your lettuce soggy.
I hope that helps! I had precious few details to work with and if you have any more questions then please don't hesitate to ask me. I love helping with bento questions.

Aww you are so sweet. I just try my best to help out really. And I also have boxes in all shapes and sizes. I like to use them to fit the food best. What fits into which box really makes a difference sometimes.

Well most of my recipes you see actually in my bento. If you like sandwiches then you can try one of my favorites, I had this today actually. I find a nice artisan bread and slice it about a quarter of an inch thick or so. I don't like a ton of bread, but if you do go for it. For the filling I put in a little thinly sliced turkey (or as much as you like-I'm not a huge fan of deli meats, but I like a little), like deli thin sliced (it can be ham or chicken or whatever meat you like), and for cheese I layer on a very nice brie and then top it with some thinly sliced granny smith apples. It's a very nice combination.
For the side you could put in an apple slice or some orange segments. You should get some veggies in there too. You could do carrot sticks or some cucumber too. Any veggies that you like that are easy to eat without utensils since this bento would be a hands on kinda bento.
I'm not exactly sure when I'll post a new bento. It's not that I'm not making them it's just that I don't usually have time to shoot them. I'll try to put one up soon. Maybe I'll make one tomorrow. Maybe I'll make this sandwich too since I still have the ingredients. We'll just have to see since I have a ton of homework still.
Haha no problem Sweets. I hope you enjoy it!

I've made it before. It's not my favorite dish, but then again I'm not a gigantic fan of french food. I like it, they're just not my favorites
