I decided to do a last minute bento today. I enjoyed the one I had yesterday so much I used some of the same ingredients. The squashes and cucumber were home grown from my friend's aunt's garden and the strawberry was grown by myself. It contains:
Top Layer: 2 Onigiri with Marumiya Shiso no Kaori Furikake and Toasted Nori Chicken Karaage Fried Zucchini and Yellow Squash
Bottom Layer: Friend Honey Squash Japanese Potato Salad Strawberry Cucumber Ranch Cup For Dipping Cucumber Sticks
This was from my friend's aunt's garden. They were delicious too. I made dinner for my family Sunday and got to use some of the veggies as well as MY own herbs >w<~!
I know it! I'm finally incorporating them into my lunches so I can eat all the veggies I don't eat for the rest of the year (because they're yucky from the grocery store).
I WANT THIS!
Maybe someday I'll know how to make them too
