It's Been A While

Hi Minna,

It's been a while hasn't it? I'm sorry that I haven't written in so long. Truth is I've been so busy that I can hardly see straight. Projects back to back and all. Just so much to do and not enough mental heath to do it in. Which leads me to my bit of good news... ok you can't hear sarcasm on here so I'll tell you it isn't good news. Once again I am sick, but this time I'm really sick. Not like the sore throat and sniffles that you can live everyday with, the where's the toilet because food doesn't like my tummy kind. I actually stayed home from classes yesterday. And if you know me at all you know how much I hate to miss classes.
I woke up yesterday and decided I couldn't make the drive down there, and by the actual time I would have gotten down there I had proved myself right. So it was a good choice, but still. I hate missing things. I'm feeling better today than I was yesterday. I could actually eat later in the day yesterday, and I can eat today, but my stomach isn't feeling great afterwards.... so there will be little of that I think. Of course the bright side is every time I get this sick I lose some weight! It's only like a couple of lbs, but it's better than nothing! So I look on the bright side haha.
I think my baby might be a little sick though too. Her tummy's been making the same kinda noises as mine and she's burping. I did clean up some vomit the other day before I did it. She's stretched out behind my laptop napping now, just wants to be near mom. I just hope she doesn't really get sick.
Anyway, I've been working on a ton of stuff for classes, you won't get to see all of it in the end since I don't exactly how how to show it all to you. You will be able to see my motion stuff though. The web apps and iPad apps I don't know how I would show that to you guys. I'm in a creative writing fiction class and our final is a short story. If it's anything decent I'll put it up here for you guys. My lit class won't be interesting for you, trust me. In seminar our final is making a board game out of a digital game (I think, the class is all about games and that's what we do in class is actually play games). If it doesn't look like complete crap by the end I might take some photos and post them, but don't count on it. I think it's gonna turn out to be crap since it will be a group project. No one ever takes seminar seriously. It's just not in us.
It's getting to be that time again when I feel like I need a new bento box. I've been putting it off... but it's still there. I do have good reason for ordering from one of the bento sites though, my mother went to wash my utensils set and one of my chopsticks is missing! I need to get a new set. But the places that have the bentos I might be interested in and the utensils aren't the same place. We'll see how it goes. I don't want to spend the money, but at the same time... well you know. So I guess only time will tell now. Everything's a waiting game. And I'm tired again... I'm never going to get any homework done at this rate.
Well I guess that's it for now. I'll try to keep in touch a bit more, but you all know how it goes. I hope you are all doing wonderfully and not sick!
